Hi Rhonda and Others; Sounds like HW is not being fair to the classic users. If they did not get in 7.5, what was promiced in 8.0, HW should be obligated to keep their promice and also give the classic users 8.0. What was promised in 8.0 that will not be received in 7.5? If the clasics can not get 8.0, they can request a patch be made for what ever they did not receive in 7.5. Stand up for what was promised to you. Please let us all know what you clasics out there would be missing. Terry Powers

Something had to be done about that, so the 8.0 will come later. I guess what I am saying is that what the classic users thought they'd get in 8.0 won't happen. Count on me to feel bad for those users of a product. I can't help it. > ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Powers, Terry (NIH/OD/DEAS) [E]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: "Rhonda Clark" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,"BrailleNote List" <[email protected] >Date: Wed, 11 Jul 2007 16:43:02 -0400 >Subject: RE: [Braillenote] 8.0 for the Classics >Hi Rhonda; >What I can not understand, and this might be what you are saying, they >promiced 8.00 as the last upgrade for the clasics.
