Ottawa Canada Dear William, Humanware Support and list:
As you are in the United Kingdom, where do you send your Classic for transplanting? If you explain your situation, perhaps Humanware UK can book your Classic in for a transplant, but to minimize the time you will be without it, only have you send it to the repair and transplant depot once they have received the necessary parts from New Zealand. This is how Humanware in the USA was doing transplants. Of course if the parts arrive, but upon installation in your unit prove defective, this unexpected snag can cause delay while replacement parts are summoned from New Zealand, actually manufactured and tested then sent to the depot where your unit and probably a bunch of others, are all patiently awaiting their arrival.
