For the bt, if you are in the page settings or the layout, press backspace with s. I'm sorry that I do not know the qt command.

   Just an interesting finding...
It is possible to set default layouts and page settings, which is what
you will get when you create a new document in the wordprocessor. However, when saving an attachment from the email, it will use the standard embosser or printer settings. I am using keysoft 6.11.
