Hello

I've done some experimentation and the "please wait" message does not appear
when there is no compactflash card inserted. If you turn off with no
compactflash card in, when you turn back on the "please wait" message does
not appear. However, if you turn off with the card inserted and remove it
before turning back on, the "please wait" message appears. So, as Maurice
says, it has everything to do with the CF card. It's only a momentary
message and you just have to wait a second to start doing whatever, so
nothing to worry about.

Cheers
Kylie

Maurice,

This poarticular situation is not refering to the insertion/removal of
cards, instead it is refering to powering on the PK. This is something that
I have noticed as well as other PK users.
1. Turn on PK
2. Hear "Please Wait"
3. A second later hear "Main Menu"

This doesn't seem to occur on the mPowers
