Subject: re: [Braillenote] SD card error

Hi, I have not upgraded to keysoft 7.5 as of yet, but I was
informed by Humanware that a said card 512 may or may not work.
However, I have found it difficult to find a smaller said card.
I called a local camera store and they sell smaller said cards,
but I am not sure if they will work on the BrailleNote.

Subject: [Braillenote] SD card error

Hello:
Well, I attempted to upgrade my mPower QT Braillenote today.
Here are the steps I followed.
1. I prepared the SD card for upgrade as described in the
instructions.
2. I copied my product key to the SD card.
3. I installed my product key.
4. I copied eboot.bin and nk.bin to my SD card, insuring that
there
were no folders on the card except the "none" folder.
5. I pressed j and l down and hit the reset button.
I let the keys go when I heard the rising tones.
6. I pressed the number 2 on my number row.
I received a tone and the Braille display read "SD card error".
I should add here that the SD card I'm using is a 512 megabyte
card.
Does anyone have a clue?
It would seem to me that if the card were damaged that the
prepare tool
wouldn't have worked, or, files would not have copied
successfully.
If anyone has a clue let me know.
