Your cerial number can also be found on the bottom of the machine.
Open the case.  Turn the machine over and slide your fingers between the
case and the machine, at the back.  About 2 inches in, you will start to
feal some dimo tape.  Go to the far edge of the tape to read the number.
On mine, the number is placed with the number sign near the frunt of the
machine and the numbers going to the back of the machine.
