WheHi!
When reading English text, and viewing it in Grade 2, if there are
passages written, say in French or Spanish, in the middle of this
English document, and one switches to grade 1 to read them, will the
accented letters show up as dot 4 followed by the letter in
question? I ask this, because a friend has a BN mPower; she doesn't
know how to read other languages in braille--that is, with the
accented letter symbols. Could she get by with reading French in
English braille grade 1, US Grade 2, and have the accented letters
represented by the letter preceded by dot 4? Thanks much.
By the way, I am seriously thinking of buying a BN mPower BT with a
32-cell display. However, newspaper articles have suggested that
Humanware is soon to launch a brand new product. Also, the
BrailleNote family is still using Windows CE 4.0, while the rest of
the world has moved up to Sindows Mobile 6! I can't any decent
answer from HumanWAre US re this matter.
Thanks.
