I know that there aare a few on this list who experienced difficulties getting ActiveSync running with their PK via USB. I found this same difficulty and found that a C1C4 reset set everything straight. So please ignore my earlier messages about ActiveSync. I now have everything synchronized amongst the PK, mPower and PC.
