I think that's the command for typing, not for reading.  I've done this
a time or two recently, and it was the o-chord b method.

Actually, it's space with o and then the letter (k) that is:
space with dots 1-3-5 and then the letter (k) which is dots 1-3.
If you press the space-key twice now you'll hear the prompt for the
grade of braille you 
want to use.
Since you want grade two:
Press the letter (b) that is dots 1-2.
Press enter and keep pressing it until you hear (End Of List.)
Then press space with the letter (e) to exit the menu which is space
with dots 1-5.
