Hi Paul,

If you want to save data and still be free to do the j k l reset or any other reset, leave the data on the flash disc. Data left on the keysoft disc etc., will be lost with a reset.

A good rule is simply never to leave data on any drive other than the flash disc so you won't have to ever worry about loosing it.

Which drive on the BrailleNote does not erase or clear itself with the
different resets I.E. SDF and JKL resets?

I have information that I do not want lost by a reset so I know I can put it on one of the memory cards, but feel that leaving it on the unit would be
best.
