Hi Paul,

In my opinion it would be best to have the data on the flash disk, but it would pay to have the same information backed up on a memory card such as SD or compact flash, just in case you accidentally delete it off the flash disk. Maybe this sounds far fetched, but we can all press the wrong buttons sometimes, and before you know it you've lost your important data if it wasn't backed up. Also I think it's worth backing it up, just in case without warning you have to send your Braillenote in for repair.

Cheers,
Tanya

Good morning to the list,

Which drive on the BrailleNote does not erase or clear itself with the
different resets I.E. SDF and JKL resets?

I have information that I do not want lost by a reset so I know I can put it
on one of the memory cards, but feel that leaving it on the unit would be
best.

Thank you,
Have a great day,

Paul Bolduc
