Hello Paul and everyone else, Paul, if you want to do a reset without losing any information, the best place to save that information, would be the braillenote's hard drive, also known as the flash disk. You can safely do a reset by pressing the reset button by itself, to reset the braillenote, and all your information will stay right where it is, if you save it on the flash disk.
