To add to this, make sure that data is not being saved to the flash disk
before performing a reset. Doing this could make your flash disk
"disappear", or, worst, make your BrailleNote inoperable and may require it
to be sent in for servicing. Is this correct? It just seems common sense to
me.

Subject: [Braillenote] which drive on braillenote?

Hello Paul and everyone else,
Paul, if you want to do a reset without losing any information, the best
place to save that information, would be the braillenote's hard drive, also
known
as the flash disk. You can safely do a reset by pressing the reset button by
itself, to reset the braillenote, and all your information will stay right
where it is, if you save it on the flash disk. So, to answer your question,
the
flash disk would probably be the best place to save things you don't want to
lose. Have a nice day. Hope this helps.
