Hi list,
I am using outlook express 6.0 on my pc and a braillenote m power
32 with ks 7.5 build 20, the latest build. When I go to setup
options in the keymail menu and go to receive options, I select
"if in the trash folder" when it asks if I wish to delete mail
from server after downloading. So, when I delete my email from
the trash folder, exit to the main menu, and go back to check for
new email, the same emails that I just deleted are still there
and are downloaded again, and I even went into outlook express to
see if that had anything to do with it, and it doesn't, because
obviously the bn does not deal with outlook express. So, I'm not
sure why the emails are still there if they are not in the trash
folder, and I have selected the option to delete them if in the
trash folder. Does anyone have any suggestions?
It worked for a while, and now it has stopped, and I am not sure
why, because I have not changed any settings or done any resets
for the change to have occurred. Any ideas on what could be
going on?
