Kerri, I have notice this to occur and have found that the error is the user. Here is what I do: 1. After Trashing all of the messages, exit to the Main Menu. 2. When prompted to Empty Trash, press N for NO. 3. Go back in and retreive all new messages and update the server about those messages that are in the trash. 4. Now you can empty the trash.
I have found that doing this way allows for the messages to be updated for new and deleted ones. When I go to setup options in the keymail menu and go to receive options, I select "if in the trash folder" when it asks if I wish to delete mail from server after downloading. So, when I delete my email from the trash folder, exit to the main menu, and go back to check for new email, the same emails that I just deleted are still there and are downloaded again, and I even went into outlook express to see if that had anything to do with it, and it doesn't, because obviously the bn does not deal with outlook express. So, I'm not sure why the emails are still there if they are not in the trash folder, and I have selected the option to delete them if in the trash folder. Does anyone have any suggestions? It worked for a while, and now it has stopped, and I am not sure why, because I have not changed any settings or done any resets for the change to have occurred. Any ideas on what could be going on?
