Kerri, Are you using the new two piece adapter or one piece? And when from the Main Menu and you press SPACE with I, what is the "Hardware Revision"?

It said discharging when I went into support information mode and pressed s. It seems to be charging fine now that I turned it back on after the adapter was plugged in. I did, however, have to reset the clock as usual when the battery runs flat completely. This is a new experience. I have let it run flat on accident several times and did reset the clock, but never has it kept discharging after the adapter was connected.
