Regarding glitches previously discussed briefly in my email
before, I have had some glitches that have given me very little
difficulty if any. I am sure that with each upgrade to a better
version of any program, the already known glitches become fewer
and farther between, and new ones may spring up. Overall though,
I am impressed with the bn's stability. Others may not agree,
but I personally have not had a problem severe enough to send in
for repair software related. One time my space bar was damaged
and then the funny battery problem began this year, but
otherwise, software related things have not caused me to send it
in for service. I do wish, however, that there was a
cost-effective way of distributing repair centers more nationwide
than in California alone. Anyway, that's another topic for
another thread on perhaps another list. lol
