You find whoever is in charge of the network and ask them for the
wep key. In the configuration for the network, you answer "y" to
the "uste wep?" option, then type the wep key (capitals matter).
Save and you should be set.

The wep key is on your network. Your service provider is the
company that allows your network to access the internet. To get
the wep key you want to ask your network administrator, not your
isp (internet service provider).
