That depends on the format. Mp3, wma, wav, and some winamp
streams should work. One thing to note, though: for some reason
the bn performs less than admirably while streaming live things
like a radio station. It will skip a second or two, then play a
bit as if it had not skipped but rather paused, then suddenly
jump ahead to where the audio actually is because the bn had
skipped some. For may get a good stream that will last for
however long you want, but I find many times that my stream drops
completely or only plays bits and pieces of audio after anywhere
from 10 to 15, maybe 20, minutes (I have never actually timed
this, I am just estimating). I think if hw puts some better
hardware in the bn to give it more power it would work better,
but there it stands for the moment.
