hello
i am having errors on my braillenote converting keyword files to rtf.
james austin and tohers are reporting missing letters in the
translated file. humanware europe and new zealand are saying there are
no problems. to be honest, i am considering taking this further with
humanware europe, and i publically don't mind admitting this
Humanware europe are refusing to refund me as it would then be a
second hand product
