Hi there,
You may want to check if you need to have the SSL for the pop and smtp port,
and if you do need to hav them check make sure you do have them as well as
check for athentication. Make sure that you have that also checked or
unchecked since I had that same problem and by checking that, if fix it.

Hi list,
I am trying to set up an email account for Yahoo using the BN. It's all
set up on the web but I am having trouble accessing it online so I'm
trying to set it up so I can access it using Keymail. I went through and
set everything up and am sure of everything including the pop server and
smtp but when I try to connect Keysoft says error 171 invalid
user/password although when I use the exact username and password online
it works. Can anyone help?
