I can think of a couple of things here. First of all, are you running into the CAPTCHA issue with this? If you are, this will either take a phone call to Yahoo or sighted help.
If this is not the problem, then my question would be what version of Keysoft are you running? I ask this because you very likely need Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encription. If you are running anything lower than 7.5 then you are out of luck for SSL encription and will need to upgrade your machine as many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) now require SSL encription for E-mail. BTW we found that out the hard way with Comcast a while back; but everything is now working. Good luck.
