Sounds like you should send particulars of your problem to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] so he can have the techs there look into
the matter.

You mentioned you are running KS 7.5 build 20.  Try upgrading to build
28.  There is no charge as you already have 7.5 build 20 and being the
latest and greatest from Humanware, your problem may go away.
