Steve, That's exactly the database I used!! I modified it and renamed it checking !? I have not created a template for it because I didn't know I had to or how to do it.? I am trying to print it on a print printer.? I have set up this printer and have printed things for my sighted co-workers and printing from Keyword, KeyPlan and the address list all work fine with the HP Laserjet.
