Hi Kim,
Take a look in the manual at 17.2.3, 17.2.4 and 10.9.2.
The first two will tell you about embossing and printing records
from a database.
I have only read 17.2.3 and assume .4 is very similar.
The third section talks about creating a template and shows how
to do it.
A template is a document that allows you to choose how each
record is layed out.
It consists of text, format markers, (like newlines), and fields
markers.
As each record is transfered to the printer, the template ensures
the fields you detailed are used and positioned as you want in
regard to any accompanying text.
You use a template in a similar way to copy records into a
domument.

That's exactly the database I used!! I modified it and renamed it
checking !? I have not created a template for it because I didn't
know
I had to or how to do it.? I am trying to print it on a print
printer.?
I have set up this printer and have printed things for my sighted
co-workers and printing from Keyword, KeyPlan and the address
list all
work fine with the HP Laserjet.

Just a quick question regarding keybase... I am attempting to
keep and balance my checking account information in KeyBase but
am unable to print it out.? When I attempted to print it the file
titled chacking isn't available for printing only two templates
are listed.? If this isn't a way that will work... how are others
of you out there keeping your checkbooks on the BN.? ( was
recently blinded in Novemeber and am trying to figure out my new
normal =-)?
