Hi Tara: Again, erase any files and folders you know you are not going to need. Then, go to the main menu, hit U for utilities menu, then hit B for backup. When asked which folders you want to back yp, I think you just press enter for all and then you also need to tell the BN to back up to a CF or SD card.
