I think that when the bn gets upgraded to Windows ce 6, if ever, many of these reset problems will go away. The omni is using ce5.x (not sure what version of 5) so if we go to 6 we will be ahead of everyone else and have much better ram management; bad ram management in wce 4.2 (and up until 6) is the main problem that causes the bn to have to be reset.

all of this is interesting.
however, what is not been brought up is, the fact while these
note taker wonders have some wonderful feature most of them will need to be reset, it is embarrassing to be competing with main stream, only to have to reset your main unit during an important phone call on the job.
After you told your employer you could keep up with the other
employees.OR during an important presentation you have to again reset this tech wonder.
when will we be given units that do not have these problems?
pack mate omni needs to be reset allot, so does the Braille note
m power.
to me it just is unacceptable for something that cost as much as
a car note is unreliable
