Although I am experiencing it on a classic and not a MPower, I think the
circumstances for the file erasing are the same. It usually occurs when
formatting, such as underlining or double spacing, are put in a word
document. This is really annoying because it requires putting the file on a
computer just to add this formatting.

Hi, I quite often get that message because I am on a number of
mailing lists and some people send the same message to a few of
them so the Braillenote will only download one copy of the
message.
