How was the original document created? Some people will create files in
Word and add codes so that when they open it in Duxbury using a PC the
document can be embossed correctly. These files are not designed for
editing on the BN.
Secondly, all Word files read on the BN show these format markers and the
only way to get rid of them is to convert the file to a .txt format.
