No, the learning curbe isn't all that different. Any commands on the QT, however, such as ctrl with 8 to delete a field, record, or email, differ from that of the BT keyboard.

Subject: [Braillenote] VoiceNote QT

I'm in the market for a PDA and my vision is such that I could
use a regular PDA with a magnifier if I wanted, though that would not be the best because one of my targets is to avoid eye strain. I've been looking at various devices. I would want something with a QWERTY keyboard. The Icon seems to have application glitches in the bookshelf, the PACmate is just plain unstable, and I would have to take out a contract to use a device with Mobile Speak Pocket because standalone PDAs on the sighted market are disappearing. So here's what I want to know. I have worked with a BrailleNote BT, but I'm far more proficient at the QT. How does the command structure between the BT & QT differ? It seems like not all the commands are the same, and I can undertand why, but is the learning curve significant? Also, has anyone tried to communicate with a Macintosh in terms of, say, using the BN as a removable flash disk? I think that this is the only PDA, however, that
can't do that. Thanks in advance for your help.
