Hello, Craig and List:
From what I understand, after your third year, you would need to pay to have your unit fixed. If you have a new unit, the first year is covered. You purchase an agreement for the next two years. After that, you cannot purchase an agreement for your unit. After your three years are up, it's up to you to pay for anything that may be wrong with the unit. I don't believe anyone knew about this policy until yesterday.
