Hi Alice and list,
Alex, it is actually C (C on QT as well) command.
In computer science, debugging is a way to find out what's going on during
software execution to "debug" i.e. find bugs and find ways to fix it. In
other words, it is a way to find out why some bugs occur while a program is
running by displaying sme technical information about this program while it
runs. A display that is used to display this information is called a
debugger.
In KeySoft/Windows CE environment, this debugger displays, among other
things, the amount of rAM, the address where the programming of Flash i.e.
burning KeySoft bin image onto ROM occurs e.g. 0x00010001, processor type,
width of Flash and so forth. If you want it, I can email you a sample debug
log where I attempt to find out what's going on with my network card
problem. This log file also contains mssages that is displayed while
upgrading KeySoft. Also, this file lists options that are not available to
users, such as RAM test and entering console which are only available for KS
programmers.
Cheers,
Joseph
