I was experimenting with mine and got the same problem. I don't
know if this would help, but try re-installing the current
version of KeySoft

Subject: [Braillenote] FM Radio Question
Hi all,
Until fairly recently, the FM radio on my BN mPower BT32 has
worked, sort of. That is to say, I can dial in certain
frequencies and get some marginal reception. Last night, as I
was creeping down the freeway on my way home, I fired up the FM
radio in hopes of picking up a station that might have been
broadcasting the presidential debate. When the FM radio came on,
the frequency being shown was 0.2, and there was no way to dial
in a frequency using the typical commands, and, although I was
able to enter a frequency number, nothing changed. I tried a
4-5-6 reset and a service reset with no luck. Is this a hardware
issue? I remember this problem being reported a long time ago
but didn't pay attention to it. Can anyone tell me what's up?
Thanks.
Tom
