First, no network printers are supported, as great as that would be. Second, you would think that command prompt would equal ftp, telnet, and other windows features, but it does not. If you use the 2> to output errors to a file when trying telnet, your file will say basically that cmd does not know what telnet is. Besides, cmd is not 2-way (which is why you have to use files for output) so telnet sessions would take a long time as you would have to keep looking at the file instead of having a direct output on the bn to look at and react to.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Wireless Questions

Hi,

I just received a wireless card for my BrailleNote, and I have a few
questions.

First, how do you print using a network printer, if possible? Also, is there
any way to access telnet with the BN? I know it has a command prompt, so
shouldn't you be able to access Windows telnet?

Thanks

Mike
