well, upgrading the OS isn't exactly a snap from my understanding, those who
did the updates on the classics will remember how tense we were. maybe
that's why HW is taking a while to release a new version, if they're going
to another OS they might want to make completely sure it'll work with no
problems.

Please remember that the BN is a PDA and not a full-fledged
computer. Some of the features you want would require a full-fledged
computer, especially the music and video suggestions.
With regard to Keymail, another feature that has been requested for years
is
support for HTML E-mail and this should come sooner rather than later.
Word support was discussed in a previous post under a different subject
line.
