Anne, what can one say? You're exactly right. HW should have
given it's customers a headd's up on this situation instead of
letting people be surprised by this turn of events.
I'm thinking that HW should be answering questions from the
customers. Being in New Zealand or Canada doesn't have anything
to do with anything.
One tends to wonder if HW will even be around at the end of the
year what with all the economic problems being suffered by lots
of even bigger companies. There have been lots of changes there
in the last year.
