The html email thing would, according to Joseph, require an upgrade to CE. Please note that ce is different from Windows Mobile. And Pacmate use Mobile6, but underlying that is CE5.1. The bsp and vs use ce5, and the bn uses ce4.2 (the oldest one). I would love better word support as I get all my books and assignments by email and ha full class load in college. As you said, even a note about what is going on with this would be very welcome.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Press Release: KeySoft 8.0

Hi All:

On initial read and from reading other comments on this list, I
have
just a couple things to say. First, I am pleased that Keysoft
8.0 will
support the new BookShare site, even though I still believe this
should
have been released as a patch.

I am disappointed in three things. First, KS8.0 doesn't include
a
Windows Mobile upgrade. As someone else said, this is going to
not
allow the BrailleNote to be as powerful as its competitors. The
Pacmate
is already running Windows Mobile 6; I do not know what version
the
Braille Sense is running.

Second, folks like Nicole and others have asked for better word
support.
While I realize this is in part up to Microsoft to help make
happen, I
would appreciate hearing from HW on what plans they have to
enhance Word
support, particularly with Word 2007 being in use more and more,
and why
it appears that nothing has been done to incorporate better word
support
into KS8.0.

Finally, there is no mention of Keymail supporting direct access
to HTML
e-mails. And, how long have we been asking for this?

Thanks,
