That is what I was thinking; I picture it as an option in the
Internet Options, along with other things like link announcement,
graphics options, input control prompts, and so on, much like
most screen readers have.

That sounds good, as long as it is an option that can be turned
on or off.
That way, if someone found it was getting in the way, they could
disable it.

Hi list,
I would like to suggest that, in keyweb, there be an option to
always display headings, complete with level. A heading at level
2 would display (this will not make sense with speech, it is to
show up in braille): edh2. I would also like speech to always
speak this. What do people think?
