If you're using the standard or basic HTML Gmail view, and you open a message that has two or more attachments, there will be links to download or view each individual attachment. Just above all those there would be a link called "scan and download all attachments". Choosing that link will cause Gmail to supply you with a zip archive of all the attachments.
