Hello,
Welcome to this list.
You will find many answers on here.
If your trying to copy your address book from another unit to the
unit you have right now, you must delete the address file in the
current unit you have.
Hope this makes sense:

Subject: [Braillenote] backing up addresses from BrailleNote
Classic to PKand Oxford Dictionary
Dear list members,
My name is Chanelle, and I am new to this list and the
BrailleNote PK,
which I received yesterday. I have been using the BrailleNote
classic
for six years. I would like to copy my address list from my old
BrailleNote classic to the PK. I tried copying the address
list.cdb
and address list.klt files into the keylist directory on the PK's
flash disk. I think that the Klt files are the same on both
units.
After copying the cdb file and attempting to access the address
list,
I was given an error about the file already being created.
Is there a way to transfer the address list? How can this be
done?
Does the Concise Oxford Dictionary work only when its compact
flash
card is in the BrailleNote? When looking up a word while the
compact
flash card was not in the BrailleNote, I received an error about
missing data files.
I would appreciate any answers or suggestions that you may have.
Chanelle
