Rhonda is right. The o n e sign cannot
be used in the word sitronella because of the way the word is devided. if
you write out the word on a bn and look at it on the braille display the bn
will translate it correctly if it is a qt. Since with a qt we spell
everything out if the bn is set to grade 2 or contracted braille it will
display the correct contractions. I hope that this isn't to confusing since
it is early in the morning I might not have discribe what I meant very well.

Richie, I think Citronella is one of those words that you wouldn't use the
(one) sign. I believe it has to do with how that particular word is
divided. Though the word sounds correct when you write citronella, I
don't think it's correct translation wise. I know, that's not what you
asked.

Hi, I have a Braille Note QT32, and I would like to know, how can

change a particular word in the pronunciation dictionary, so that

word will reflect the "Contracted" symbol in braille? For
example,
the word citronella, a type of plant or herb, used to ward off
mosquitos and other small insects. The symbol I want to reflect

the "O N E" sign so that I can use it in the word, when typing a
regular *.txt file. Hope somebody can make sense out of the
question. I can change words in the Pronunciation Dictionary,
but
when a word has a specific Grade 2, or contracted sign in the
middle
of the word, beginning, or at the end of the word, I haven't been
able
