I have found this. I am not sure why it does this, but I do not bother to run the utility anymore since I have never seen it do anything.

Does anyone know why Keybase repeatedly reports 0 bytes freed even when I have deleted several records. I've deleted seven records in one sitting and it still reports 0 bytes freed when I run the free database space utility.
