I see now. That kind of cut and paste is easier.
Just press space with b to open up the block menu
and place markers the top and bottom of the
address, copy from that same menu. Pasting is
simple too, just use the space bar with b to open up
that menu again, and choose paste. Done.
If you want to paste it into a field as in the
address book, just use the back-space with v that
point.
