Hi all,
I just re-discovered that RFBD UAKs do not work on ks8.20. I called tech
support to verify that the lack of support message on the RFBD webpage was
accurate and was told it is. However, the person who helped me said that a
fix for this problem should be coming in the next couple weeks. Do not hold
HW to that timeline, but it seems that there is the possibility of a fix
coming soon. Tech support also said that the Apex's current keysoft version
does not support RFBD either, just so you know.
