I had a frustrating try at it today too.
I wanted to use the Apex to get the file, as I was told by tech
support that I could down load it with the Apex.
It took me two ours to get to 48%.
Before going to 49% it told me that the file had failed to down
load.
I did a reset but when it came back up, it asked me if I wanted
it to install 9.00 build, bla bla bla?
I did not chose to do this, I thought that something dreadful
would happen to my Apex.
Any thoughts?
