If it says, in your pocket, it makes me think of News line in your pocket.  
Maybe the version for the stream can also be downloaded to the Apex.

There is that folder under KeySoft System Disk on the mPower. I believe this 
folder is used to house DAISY functions of the Book Reader.

Hello All,
I was looking through different folders this morning on my flash disk of the 
Apex.
I came across a folder, called Victor Reader Stream in your pocket, but I can 
not find anything in the user manual about this folder.
The folder itself is empty.
Does anyone know, if this means you can connect your victor stream through the 
usb port, and copy files to it such as neddspapers and things like that.
I would be curious, to see if anyone knows about this.
