Hello All,
I wanted to give you an update.
I received an e-mail this morning from Gabe at Hw tech support,
asking if I
had tried different outlets.
I mentioned that I had.
He looked into it, and found that there had been some notes that
some ac adapters had given some issues with the Apex.
Humanware is sending me a new charger and we will see if that
fixes my issue.
I will keep you all up to date.
