Alex, Yes, erasing the manual folder from the flash drive and doing a simple reset resolved my bad index problem. Actually, shortly after sending the message asking about this issue, I listened to the Q&A audio file Humanware recently did and that problem and solution was discussed there. Thanks Richard Ehrler
