My battery on my Apex went flat! I kept trying to charge it. As long as the charger was plugged in, it told me the adapter was on, but the battery level never increased. I took the battery out and put it back in, though it did not seem to be loose. I plugged it in and in a matter of 15 minutes, it went from 0 percent to 99%. Eloquence is also stuttering when it announces the battery level and the adapter on message.
One more problem is that most of the time, whether the BrailleNote is on or off, when I connect the AC adapter, the Apex restarts. Any explanation would be appreciated. One more question. Is there a direct address to Humanware support? Wanted to send them a message about all this. Thank you.
