Hi,
If the "draining mode" didn't help, try one of those "classic
recalibration" techniques (using Support Information Mode).
Not applicable to PK and Apex:
1. Go to Options (SPACE with O or FN+Oon QTGG/Support
Information Mode (SPACE with I or REAd+I.).
2. Connect the AC adapter. BrailleNote should say "AC adapter
on."
3. Press F (or R). BrailleNote will than chatter for several
hours, doing recalibration.
The F command is useful if you want to send the lhg (which can be
found on root folder of Flash) to HW tech support to look at your
battery condition. Let us know what happens next.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] conditioning my mpower
Hello fellow braillenote users. A couple of days ago I tried to
condition my
mpower. I let the battery die and then plugged in the ac adapter
because
that is how you do it right? Correct me if I'm wrong in doing the
process.
Anyway I did that and when I let it charge to 100 percent, but
the status of
power still said "battery conditioning recommended" I conditioned
my
braillenote a few months ago and the prompt went away. I don't
understand
what's wrong. Also when I did condition it a few months ago when
I pluged in
the ac adapter it made the reset button beep sound. Then when I
let it fully
charge I took out the adapter and then turned the bn on and it
played the
reset music. When I checked the battery status the prompt
"battery
conditioning recommended" was gone. I have no idea why it didn't
work this
time. So if any of you guys have something helpful or
suggestions to tell me
then please do tell me. It would really help a lot. Thanks.
